Job summary

M&H Valve Company is seeking a maintenance technician to support its Alabama facilities. You will work on water and wastewater equipment, perform diagnostics, and execute planned maintenance to keep production running smoothly.

The role requires safety focus, basic computer skills, and familiarity with hydraulics, pumps, and rigging. Training and growth opportunities are available within a global manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; related vocational program or apprenticeship preferred; two years maintenance exp. acceptable.
• Requires ability to read simple instructions and diagrams; basic computer skills.
• Ability to interpret mechanical instructions, schematics, and maintain hydraulic/pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure personal and team safety; maintain safe working environment.
• Inspect, diagnose, repair, and service machinery and equipment.
• Operate and test equipment; use PPE and follow The McWane Way principles.
• Maintain CMMS work orders and record labor hours.
• Coordinate with supervisors and trades to complete projects.
