Job summary

M&H Valve Company is seeking a motivated assembler for full-time line work in our Alabama facility. You will perform repetitive valve and hydrant assemblies and participate in testing to ensure units meet customer specifications.

Responsibilities include following job instructions, maintaining safety, and helping reduce bottlenecks through teamwork and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

Responsibilities

• Ensures personal safety and the safety of team members.
• Reads work orders or instructions to determine assignments and material needs.
• Meets or exceeds hourly production rates every hour.
• Maintains cleanliness of the production area.
• Promotes McWane Way Principles.

Education
