Job summary

Oatey is seeking a Production Maintenance Technician in Parma, OH to support production equipment and drive OEE improvements. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and PLC systems, perform preventive maintenance, install equipment and assist with changeovers.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in production maintenance.
• HazMat training refresher completed.
• Knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read PLCs, digital electronics, and AC/DC circuits.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiar with Lock Out Tag Out procedures.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair PLC-related systems and equipment.
• Collaborate in a team on problem solving.
• Process Preventative Maintenance requests promptly.
• Install equipment and components (motors, pumps, etc.).
• Support lean manufacturing and safety initiatives.
