Qualifications

• Minimum two years of production maintenance experience.
• Haz Mat training completed per company standard.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and PLC systems.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with strong problem solving.
• Commitment to safety and Lock Out Tag Out procedures.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and completes repairs of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical PLC systems.
• Works in a team environment and contributes to problem solving.
• Processes and completes Preventative Maintenance requests promptly.
• Installs equipment such as motors, pumps, compressors, etc.
• Supports changeovers and setups in production.
• Uses a variety of hand and power tools and instruments.
• Promotes Lean Manufacturing goals and 6S practices.
• Maintains safety and respirator readiness.
