This direct-hire role features a stable, state-of-the-art facility in Greater Green Bay and a rotating 12-hour schedule that delivers a full six days off each month. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated production equipment, and participate in regional upskilling.

Qualifications

• Electro-Mechanical technical depth or 4+ years of hands-on industrial machinery experience.
• Practical experience with AC/DC drives and industrial PLC environments.
• Stable work history with a maximum of two employers in the last five years.
• Willingness to work a structured 12-hour rotating shift with weekend coverage.
• Residence within a 45-minute commute of Greater Green Bay, WI.
• United States citizenship or permanent residency for eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive electro-mechanical repairs on automated production machinery.
• Troubleshoot AC/DC motor drives and diagnose faults in power controls.
• Trace PLC logic and electrical faults to clear line stoppages.
• Read schematics and mechanical blueprints for safe overhauls.
• Lead shift hand-offs and maintain preventative maintenance routines.
• Travel occasionally for regional training (about 2 days every other month).
