Htprof in Greater Green Bay, WI, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician – PLCs & AC/DC Drives (Rotating 12s) with 4+ years of electro-mechanical maintenance or an associate's degree plus experience. The role focuses on troubleshooting AC/DC drives, PLCs, reading schematics, and repairing automated production equipment.

The position offers a structured 12-hour rotating schedule with six consecutive days off each month, competitive starting pay up to $29.50 per hour plus full benefits,

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology / Automated Systems OR 4+ years hands-on maintenance.
• Hands-on fault-tracing in AC/DC drives and PLC environments.
• Rock-solid career history with minimal job-hopping in past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Execute electro-mechanical repairs on automated production machinery.
• Troubleshoot AC/DC motor drives and resolve faults in power controls.
• Trace PLC logic, isolate errors, and clear line stoppages.
• Read electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints, and ladder diagrams.
• Lead shift hand-offs and preventative maintenance routines.
• Travel occasionally for regional technical training.
