Job summary

Checon, LLC, a division of Alloy Holdings, LLC, seeks Maintenance Technicians to maintain and repair facility equipment and building infrastructure to minimize downtime while upholding safety and quality standards. You will support preventive maintenance programs and collaborate with a team to install and modify equipment as needed.

Role requires hands-on skills with hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and fabrication, plus reading blueprints and working with power tools.

Qualifications

HS Diploma or GED required.
5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
Welding and fabrication proficiency.
Ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment and building infrastructure to minimize downtime.
Assist in setup and installation of new equipment; dismantle obsolete components.
Develop and maintain PM schedule for equipment and building.
Operate shop equipment for wastewater treatment equipment maintenance.
Suggest system improvements to increase uptime and product quality.
Coordinate with vendors/contractors for repairs or installations.
Support safety culture by following rules and reporting incidents/near misses.
Keep workspace safe, clean, and organized.
Support ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management processes.
