Job summary

Alloy Holdings LLC's Checon division is seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, and repair production equipment and building infrastructure to minimize downtime and ensure safety and quality. You will work with a team to support proactive maintenance and contribute to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 processes.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED and 5+ years in industrial mechanics or equivalent, with experience using tools, reading blueprints, and working with hydraulics/pneumatics.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years experience in Industrial Mechanics or equivalent.
• Experience using hand and power tools and testing equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics; able to plan equipment installations.
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment and building infrastructure to minimize downtime.
• Assist setup and installation of new equipment or components; dismantle obsolete equipment or components.
• Develop and maintain PM schedule for equipment and building.
• Operate shop equipment and perform maintenance on wastewater treatment equipment.
• Suggest methods to improve uptime and product quality.
• Interface with vendors/contractors to ensure proper repair or installation of equipment/building components.
• Support a safety culture by following safety rules and reporting incidents.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
• Support ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 14001 (EH&S) processes.
