Job summary

Industrial Pallet Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep production and facilities running safely and efficiently. The role involves mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting, with hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The position requires installing and repairing equipment, preventive maintenance, and strong teamwork to support uptime and safety standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance environment preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Familiar with manufacturing safety practices.
• Ability to use hand tools and specialized maintenance tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs.
• Diagnose equipment issues, replace or repair parts, test, and adjust as needed.
• Install electric motors and perform basic VFD programming.
• Troubleshoot control circuits and production equipment.
• Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance on machines and facility equipment.
• Complete all work orders safely and in accordance with IPC processes.
• Detect and report faulty operations, defective materials, or unsafe conditions.
• Maintain open communication with supervisors, maintenance team members, and plant leadership.
• Track spare parts usage and assist with inventory management.
• Respond to emergency and unscheduled equipment repairs during production.
