Job summary

RRC Solutions Group is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Tech in the Greater Green Bay area to maintain and troubleshoot PLCs, AC/DC drives, and complex automated production equipment. This direct-hire role offers a stable manufacturing environment, a six-day off-block monthly schedule, and ongoing training.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of hands-on electro-mechanical experience (or an associates degree) and is able to commute within 45 minutes of Green Bay, WI, with US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology / Automated Systems OR 4+ years of hands-on industrial machinery experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on electro-mechanical maintenance in an industrial setting with limited employer changes.
• Willingness to work a structured 12-hour rotating shift including weekend coverage.
• Residence within a 45-minute commute of Green Bay, WI and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Perform electro-mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance on automated production equipment.
• Troubleshoot AC/DC motor drives and diagnose faults in power controls.
• Trace PLC logic, identify faults, and clear line stoppages.
• Read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints to perform overhauls.
• Lead shift hand-offs and PM routines to ensure continuity and reliability.
• Travel occasionally (about 2 days every other month) for training and regional goals.
