Job summary

Joseph Michaels International in Wisconsin seeks an Industrial Maintenance Tech with electro-mechanical maintenance, PLCs, and AC/DC drive expertise. The position features a 12-hour rotating shift and a guaranteed six-day block off each month within a state-of-the-art facility in the Greater Green Bay area.

Responsibilities include mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, drive fault tracing, and schematic interpretation.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or 4+ years of equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience diagnosing faults in AC/DC drives and PLC-controlled systems.
• Rock-solid career record showing a maximum of 2 employers over the last 5 years and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on automated production machinery.
• Diagnose, calibrate, and resolve faults in AC/DC motor drives and power controls.
• Interface with industrial PLCs to trace electrical logic and clear line stoppages.
• Read and apply electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints, and ladder diagrams for overhauls.
• Lead shift hand-offs and preventative maintenance routines to ensure continuity.
• Travel occasionally for regional training seminars or collaborative goals.
