Qualifications

• Demonstrated competency in the skills laid out in the competency matrix for each of the IMRT classifications.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks and activities as an owner of Sonoco's Maintenance Excellence Process.
• Conduct thorough root cause analysis and follow up to ensure optimum corrective actions.
• Communicate effectively with operations personnel to resolve equipment issues.
