Job summary

RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC seeks a Maintenance Manager to plan and organize maintenance across instruments, equipment, buildings, and facilities, ensuring operations continuity and CMMS integrity. You will lead preventive maintenance, manage breakdown responses, and coordinate subcontractors while upholding safety and environmental standards.

Ideal candidates have a mechanical engineering background with at least eight years in industrial maintenance, plus strong analytical and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering preferred.
• Min. 8 years of experience in Industrial processes, people management and reporting.
• Strong knowledge on mechanics, electrics, pneumatics, hydraulics.

Responsibilities

• Set guidelines for maintenance procedures to support Production efficiently.
• Draft and manage a preventive maintenance plan for equipment, buildings and facilities.
• Lead and support solving breakdowns; perform failure analysis and minor maintenance projects.
• Organize, coordinate and track maintenance subcontractors.
• Ensure CMMS procedures and logging are followed by Maintenance Technicians.
• Draw up and manage the working budget; ensure resources meet budgetary goals.
• Coach employees to grow competencies and work as a cohesive team.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of maintenance best practices and evolving technologies.
