Job summary

SteveRecruiter, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to plan and organize the maintenance of instruments, equipment, buildings and facilities, ensuring operations run smoothly within budget and quality norms.

You will develop and manage preventive maintenance plans, lead breakdown resolutions, coordinate subcontractors, ensure CMMS logs, and oversee CAPEX projects while coaching a maintenance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial processes and people management.
• Strong knowledge of mechanics, electrics, pneumatics, hydraulics.
• Experience with CMMS and budgeting.
• Ability to lead maintenance teams and coordinate contractors.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize maintenance of instruments, equipment, machinery, buildings and facilities within budget and quality norms.
• Draft and manage preventive maintenance plan to minimize breakdowns.
• Lead breakdown analysis and address recurring issues; manage maintenance projects.
• Coordinate and track maintenance subcontractors.
• Ensure CMMS procedures and logging; manage budget and CAPEX projects.
