Job summary

Markent Personnel, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Manager to lead the planning and execution of maintenance for instruments, equipment, machinery, buildings and facilities, ensuring continuous operations within budget and quality targets.

You will develop and implement the preventive maintenance plan, supervise maintenance technicians, coordinate subcontractors, manage CMMS and spare parts inventory, and drive improvements in safety, reliability and cost efficiency across the production

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering preferred.
• Min. 8 years of experience in industrial processes, people management and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of mechanics, electrics, pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Knowledge of automation and control logic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and systems.
• Ability to negotiate with suppliers/operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance management to support production efficiently and effectively.
• Draft and manage inspection and preventative maintenance plans.
• Lead solving of technical breakdowns and manage maintenance projects.
• Organize, coordinate and track maintenance subcontractors.
• Ensure CMMS compliance and proper logging.
• Draw up and manage the operating budget and CAPEX projects.
• Coach and develop maintenance team members and ensure collaboration with other departments.
