Job summary

Advanced Technology Services (ATS) is seeking a maintenance scheduling/ planning professional to evaluate requests, develop scopes, and inspect job sites. The role involves estimating labor and materials, gathering technical documentation, and coordinating with Production to optimize the weekly technician schedule.

Ideal candidates have at least 1–3 years in planning or 5–10 years as a repair technician, with strong communication and leadership potential in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in a technical field with 1–3 years of maintenance scheduling/planning experience or 5–10 years as a machine repair technician.
• Familiar with industrial manufacturing environments.
• Electrical/mechanical aptitude and ability to operate computer-based maintenance tools.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates non-emergency work requests, develops scope of work and inspects job location for requirements.
• Estimates labor hours, skillsets, parts, materials and tools for proactive maintenance jobs.
• Maintains an organized backlog and schedules weekly planning meetings with Production.
