Job summary

Advanced Technology Services (ATS) seeks a maintenance scheduling planner to evaluate work requests, develop scopes, and estimate resources for proactive equipment maintenance in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include prioritizing the backlog, coordinating with Production, and ensuring 100% utilization of technician hours while maintaining clear records and improving planning processes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with 1–3 years scheduling/planning in maintenance or 5–10 years as a technician.
• Experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Proficiency with computers and maintenance systems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate non-emergency work requests and develop scope of work.
• Estimate labor hours, skills, parts, and tools for proactive jobs.
• Maintain backlog and plan/prepare weekly schedules.
• Lead planning meetings with Production to set priorities.
