Job summary

Advanced Technology Services (ATS) seeks a maintenance scheduling professional to plan and coordinate non-emergency work in a manufacturing environment. You will assess job requirements, estimate labor and parts, and prepare scopes of work to keep production running efficiently.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in a technical field with 1–3 years of scheduling/planning experience.
• Or 5–10 years as a machine repair technician.
• Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment; electrical/mechanical aptitude.
• Proficiency with maintenance systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate non-emergency work requests, develop scopes, and inspect job locations.
• Estimate labor hours, skillsets, parts, materials, and tools for proactive jobs.
• Gather drawings, schematics, specs, and parts lists; verify part availability.
• Maintain an organized backlog and plan next priority jobs; schedule technicians weekly.
• Train site employees on CMMS and ensure proper use.
