ATS - Industrial Maintenance is seeking a maintenance planner/scheduler to evaluate work requests, define scopes, and estimate labor, parts, and tools. The role includes weekly planning meetings, backlog management, and producing a 100% utilized technician schedule in a loud factory setting.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in a technical field and 5–10 years of experience as a technician or 1–3 years planning experience in industrial maintenance, with strong CMMS and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in a technical field with 1–3 years planning experience and/or 5–10 years as a machine repair technician.
• Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Electrical/mechanical aptitude and computer proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate non-emergency work requests and develop scope of work.
• Estimate labor hours, parts, and tools to complete jobs safely and efficiently.
• Gather drawings, schematics, OEM manuals, and parts lists for job planning.
• Maintain an organized backlog and plan highest priority work first.
• Lead weekly planning meetings and publish a technician schedule.
• Improve planning processes using maintenance metrics and CMMS data.
• Train site staff on CMMS and ensure data integrity.
