Job summary

ATS - Industrial Maintenance seeks a Preventive Maintenance Program Scheduler to bridge production, maintenance, and materials. You’ll turn ideas into executable plans and plans into results through disciplined Work Execution Management.

Backlog remains healthy at four weeks, with weekly sessions to recalibrate priorities and publish a ready-to-execute schedule. You’ll train CMMS users, keep equipment data and BOMs accurate, and build constructive professional relationships across teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field plus 1+ year of maintenance planning/scheduling experience; or 3+ years as a machine repair technician; or an equivalent combination.
• Hands-on familiarity with industrial manufacturing environments.
• Electrical and mechanical aptitude.
• Comfort with maintenance software systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
• Talent for building constructive, professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance tasks to keep backlog ready for four weeks of work.
• Lead weekly sessions with production to recalibrate priorities and share status.
• Publish a schedule that fully utilizes technician labor hours.
• Train and coach CMMS users and maintain equipment data and BOMs.
