Job summary

Advanced Technology Services (ATS) is seeking an experienced maintenance scheduler/planner to oversee job planning and scheduling in a manufacturing setting. You will evaluate requests, develop scopes of work, estimate labor hours and parts, and coordinate with Production to maximize technician utilization.

This role requires clear communication and the ability to lead planning meetings. The ideal candidate has an associate degree in a technical field with 1–3 years in scheduling/planning or

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field preferred.
• 1–3 years in maintenance scheduling/planning or 5–10 years as a machine repair technician.
• Electrical and mechanical aptitude required.
• Proficiency with computers and maintenance systems (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate non-emergency work requests and develop scopes of work.
• Estimate labor hours, parts, materials, and equipment for proactive jobs.
• Coordinate with Production to maximize technician utilization.
• Maintain organized work-order backlog and contribute to planning meetings.
