Job summary

FPC of Savannah is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to own and lead maintenance activities in an industrial manufacturing setting. You will guide the maintenance team, troubleshoot complex mechanical issues, and drive improvements to reliability and downtime reduction.

You will identify recurring failures, perform RCA, and implement corrective actions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize preventive maintenance and long-term equipment performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of Maintenance Manager experience in an industrial manufacturing setting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with large-scale rotating equipment and fault troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support day-to-day mechanical maintenance activities, providing hands-on guidance to the maintenance team.
• Identify equipment deficiencies, investigate recurring failures, and lead root cause analysis (RCA) initiatives.
• Develop and implement corrective actions to improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and control maintenance costs.
• Evaluate existing maintenance practices and identify opportunities to improve preventive maintenance and overall equipment performance.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team and other stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and long-term reliability.
