Job summary

Life Cycle Engineering is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to support a Savannah, GA manufacturing client. You will ensure safe, reliable maintenance of plant assets, define and lead maintenance processes, and specify repairs for equipment reliability.

You will develop procedures, troubleshoot breakdowns, and partner with engineering and production teams to drive improvements in uptime, safety, and maintenance methods while mentoring craftsmen and coordinating with planners.

Qualifications

Experience in installing, maintaining, and improving plant equipment.
Ability to diagnose and repair faults efficiently and safely.
Familiarity with predictive technologies and spare parts methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop maintenance procedures, methods, and testing.
Lead maintenance for plant assets and respond to equipment faults.
Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and specify replacements.
Monitor and control maintenance costs and lead emergency responses.
Provide skill-based training to craftsmen and collaborate with other departments.
