Job summary

Medline Industries, LP seeks a Maintenance Technician in Georgia to oversee daily asset upkeep, preventive maintenance, and equipment reliability. You will troubleshoot, repair, and optimize production machinery while ensuring safety and adherence to environmental regulations.

You will lead technicians, collaborate with the Maintenance Manager, and participate in RCA initiatives to reduce downtime and scrap while improving overall equipment effectiveness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years in manufacturing or distribution and experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment.
• Must furnish own hand tools; able to lift up to 50 pounds; willing to overtime and have a flexible schedule.
• Proficient with CMMS data export and basic analytics to support asset problems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve safety issues; follow industrial safety practices and regulations.
• Maintain machinery and equipment under the Maintenance Manager guidance.
• Lead RCA teams in problem-solving projects.
• Record maintenance issues in the maintenance log.
• Provide project management for system planners or contractors.
• Train and lead Maintenance Technicians and junior staff.
