Job summary

FPC of Savannah is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to own and lead maintenance activities in an industrial manufacturing setting. You will guide the maintenance team, troubleshoot complex mechanical issues, and drive improvements to reliability and downtime reduction.

You will identify recurring failures, perform RCA, and implement corrective actions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize preventive maintenance and long-term equipment performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of Maintenance Manager experience in an industrial manufacturing setting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with large-scale rotating equipment and fault troubleshooting.
