Job summary
Integrecruiting is seeking an experienced Reliability Supervisor to provide leadership for mechanical and electrical systems in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment. The role focuses on improving equipment performance, reducing downtime, and strengthening maintenance effectiveness through preventive and predictive maintenance, RCFA, CMMS data integrity, and risk-based reliability strategies.
The supervisor will partner with Maintenance Planner-Schedulers, engineers, and plant leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in industrial maintenance or reliability.
- Experience in heavy industrial, process manufacturing environments.
- Strong mechanical and electrical reliability knowledge.
- Experience with RCFA and preventive/predictive maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Lead Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Planner-Schedulers alignment.
- Develop and optimize Preventive Maintenance programs.
- Adjust maintenance frequencies based on data.
- Support RCFA investigations and corrective actions.
- Maintain CMMS data integrity and asset hierarchy.
- Collaborate across maintenance, engineering, and operations.
- Promote reliability best practices across the plant.
