Job summary

KingRecruitingServices is seeking a Maintenance Manager to plan and organize maintenance across equipment, buildings and facilities, ensuring uninterrupted operations and proper CMMS use. You will lead a team, manage preventative plans, and coordinate subcontractors to optimize reliability and efficiency.

Responsibilities include budgeting, safety and compliance, and continuous improvement of maintenance processes and assets in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of mechanics, electrics, pneumatics, hydraulics.
• Knowledge of automation and control logic systems; able to read drawings and electrical schemes.
• Capable of leading maintenance teams and coordinating subcontractors.
• Experience managing budgets and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize maintenance of instruments, equipment, machinery, buildings and facilities.
• Draft and manage preventative maintenance plans to minimize breakdowns.
• Lead problem solving for technical breakdowns and manage small maintenance projects.
• Coordinate maintenance subcontractors and ensure CMMS compliance and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal safety, quality, and environmental standards.
