Job summary
Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Superintendent in Texas to lead the maintenance floor across shifts. You will mentor supervisors, plan preventive maintenance, and coordinate parts requests.
Strong SAP skills, RCA capability, and safety/quality focus are required. Qualifications include 3+ years of supervisory experience and a technical background in electrical wiring, PLC troubleshooting, motor control, and equipment repair.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven leadership or supervisory experience in industrial settings.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting, motor control, and equipment repair/installation.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred; high school diploma required.
Responsibilities
- Manage the floor for all shifts, schedule and mentor supervisors, plan PMs.
- Approve and submit parts requests; review PM orders and work requests.
- Use SAP to review PMs, down day planning, and perform RCA as needed.
- Lead downtime planning reviews, overtime reports, and time edits.
- Plan small maintenance projects with Engineering Manager; train supervisors.
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with company policies.
