Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. in the United States is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to lead hourly maintenance staff, drive preventive maintenance programs, and ensure safety and quality standards across the plant floor.

You will use SAP for work orders, supervise technicians and apprentices, and collaborate with plant leadership on performance, scheduling, and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is desired.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the floor on shift and manage hourly staff.
• Execute preventive maintenance (PMs) and manage line calls.
• Use SAP to review work requests and PM orders.
• Lead employee reviews and coach technicians and apprentices.
• Ensure safety, compliance and adherence to company policies.
• Schedule and plan for next-day activities.
• Oversee and participate in process inspections and PM verifications.
