Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred; high school diploma acceptable.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with industrial electrical wiring, PLCs, motor control, and equipment repair.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the floor on shift; schedule hourly staff and manage PMs.
• Communicate shift prep with adjacent shifts.
• Review parts requests and track parts checkout.
• Use SAP to review work orders and PMs.
• Lead and coach technicians; conduct reviews.
• Perform critical process inspections and PM verifications.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety.
