Flowers Foods, Inc. is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to lead hourly maintenance teams and ensure safe, efficient plant operations. You will oversee preventive maintenance, mentor technicians, and collaborate with plant leadership to maintain production quality.

The role requires 2+ years of supervisory experience, engineering education preferred, and hands-on expertise in electrical systems, PLCs, and equipment repairs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven leadership or supervisory experience in industrial maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical wiring, PLC troubleshooting, motor control, and repair.
• Experience applying safety and quality standards in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the floor on shift; schedule and manage hourly maintenance.
• Communicate shift prep with previous and next shifts.
• Review parts requests and manage checkout on shift.
• Use SAP to review work requests, PM orders, and updates.
• Execute small maintenance projects and improvements.
• Lead, train, and coach technicians and apprentices.
• Perform critical process inspections and PM verifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety, HR, and company policies.
