Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to lead hourly maintenance staff in a Johnstown, CO plant. You will oversee preventive maintenance, manage line calls, review parts, and collaborate with plant leaders to ensure safety and food quality standards.

The role requires 2+ years of supervisory experience and knowledge of PLCs, motor control, and electrical systems. A degree in engineering is preferred. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven leadership or supervisory experience
• Knowledge in industrial electrical wiring, PLC troubleshooting, motor control, and equipment repair/installation
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is desired; high school diploma acceptable

Responsibilities

• Maintain the floor on shift; schedule and manage hourly maintenance staff
• Execute preventive maintenance (PMs) and manage line calls
• Review parts requests and track parts on shift
• Utilize SAP to review work requests, PM orders, and breakdown notifications
• Lead maintenance projects and plan next-day activities
• Conduct employee reviews and coach technicians
• Ensure safety, quality, and policy compliance
• Possess or obtain required licenses for boilers and refrigeration equipment
