Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of proven supervisory experience in industrial maintenance.
- Knowledge of electrical wiring, PLC troubleshooting, motor control, and equipment repair.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred; HS diploma required.
Responsibilities
- Manage the floor for all shifts; supervise and mentor staff.
- Plan and schedule preventive maintenance (PM).
- Utilize SAP to review PM orders, work requests, and down day planning.
- Review RCA findings and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare overtime reports and time punch edits.
- Lead capital expenditure planning and safety/compliance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and labor regulations.
