Job summary

Universal Stainless is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide first-level technical support for end users across corporate offices and manufacturing facilities in Bridgeville, PA. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop computers, mobile devices, printers, industrial workstations, scanners, and manufacturing technology.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2–5 years of Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
• Experience supporting Windows OS and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently across multiple locations with shifting priorities.
• Must safely navigate industrial environments and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for office personnel and manufacturing staff across multiple facilities.
• Diagnose hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues.
• Install and maintain industrial workstations, scanners, printers, and related devices.
• Support Google Workspace and Microsoft Office products during rollouts.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
