Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks an OT/IT support specialist to maintain technology services and infrastructure across xPL Offsite manufacturing facilities. You will troubleshoot production, logistics, and shop-floor technology, support mobile devices and printers, and ensure uptime and security in a fast-paced environment.

Role involves documenting issues, supporting inventory and manufacturing applications, and coordinating with engineering and operations to minimize disruption.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information technology or related field.
Security+ certification is preferred.
Experience with Windows workstations and network-connected devices.

Responsibilities

Provide OT and IT support for xPL Offsite manufacturing operations.
Troubleshoot issues affecting production, logistics, inventory, and shop-floor tech.
Support handheld devices, printers, scanners, and warehouse tech.
Document issues in the IS ticketing system and update end-users.
Assist with inventory management, warehouse management, and manufacturing apps.
