Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks a senior technology leader to drive OT and IT support across multiple xPLOSM manufacturing facilities. You will lead a Technology Support team to ensure reliable services, security, and continuous improvement in operations, inventory, logistics, and productivity.

The role requires extensive experience in information services management, strong leadership, and the ability to partner with stakeholders to standardize technology solutions across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field with relevant certifications and 10+ years of progressive responsibility in information services or customer support.
• Minimum of 3 years leading technical teams.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations with high availability requirements.
• Strong knowledge of networking and Windows environments; OT/IT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Technology Support team to provide OT and IT support for manufacturing operations.
• Establish standards, processes, and roadmaps to enable safe, efficient, and reliable technology across multiple facilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver standardized, scalable technology solutions.
