Job summary

Air Products is seeking a hands-on IT–OT Systems Support Specialist to support critical technology systems in a manufacturing environment on site. You will troubleshoot production-impacting issues and work closely with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Cybersecurity, IT, and vendor teams to ensure reliable plant operations.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows Server and Windows-based systems.
• 5+ years supporting IT infrastructure, OT systems, or industrial environments.
• Experience with IT–OT integrations and plant-floor technology environments.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve production-impacting IT–OT issues.
• Support IT and OT systems across production facilities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Cybersecurity, IT and vendors.
• Maintain documentation and ensure high availability of critical systems.
