Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced leader to drive operational technology and information technology support across xPL OSM manufacturing facilities. You will guide reliability, security, and continuous improvement of technology enabling inventory, logistics, and site productivity.

The role requires coordinating with IS and xPL leadership, establishing standardized processes, and managing technology infrastructure and vendor relationships across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Operations or related field with relevant certifications.
• 10+ years in Information Services Management or related area, progressive responsibility.
• Minimum 3 years leading technical teams.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations with high availability requirements.
• Strong knowledge of networking and Windows environments; mobile tech.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• OT/IT leadership in manufacturing preferred; vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technology Support teams for OT and IT across multiple facilities.
• Establish standardized IT/OT processes and roadmaps for reliability and security.
• Coordinate tech support to minimize production disruption and optimize workflows.
• Develop staffing plans and allocate resources for facility growth.
• Manage vendor relationships and remote access for manufacturing tech.
• Oversee infrastructure for manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics systems.
