Job summary

Adecco has partnered with a Howell, MI manufacturer to hire an Onsite Inside Sales Coordinator for an on-site, direct hire role. You will handle quotations, revisions, and follow-ups while answering technical questions and delivering high-quality customer service at the plant location.

Key duties include producing quotations, managing inbound requests with fellow coordinators, and meeting quote turnaround targets, daily/weekly outreach quotas, and pricing margins.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a sales-related role for products manufactured or assembled in an industrial environment.
• Excellent skills using Microsoft Office.
• Experience utilizing CRM systems.
• Building material sales or manufacturing experience and/or knowledge of door and hardware industry products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed quotations based on customer inquiries and requests for proposals.
• Collaborate with other inside sales coordinators to manage the inbound queue of customer requests.
• Meet or exceed expected quote turnaround time as established by the company.
• Meet expected daily/weekly quotas for customer outreach and quotation goals.
• Use established pricing models to ensure margins meet or exceed company goals.
• Make outbound sales calls to prospects and customers based on sales activity reporting.
• Interact with customers via phone, email, or in-person sales or quotation questions.
• Foster and maintain positive customer relationships for internal and external customers.
