EGC Enterprises is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for full-time, on-site work in Chardon, OH. You will prepare quotes, follow up on inquiries, qualify leads, and support the sales team to convert opportunities into orders.

You will coordinate with engineering and production to ensure pricing and delivery meet customer specs, maintain CRM records, and track opportunities to support revenue goals. A rotating on-call schedule with a potential bonus is included.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of Inside Sales experience, including handling quotes and supporting sales cycles.
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, building professional relationships.
• Experience in Lead Generation and follow-up, qualifying opportunities and nurturing prospects.
• Account Management skills, maintaining accurate records and supporting long-term partnerships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM-Salesforce, Microsoft Office tools and ERP-Sage100.
