Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years sales experience in industrial sales, preferably fasteners.
• Proven ability to grow business through long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills including quotes and order management; Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with product information and technical support.
• Respond quickly to quotes and communicate pricing structure.
• Enter orders and track fulfillment to completion.
• Coordinate pricing and lead times with purchasing for non-stock items.
• Develop new contacts in the CRM via cold-calling and leads.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company data.
• Work with manager to achieve performance goals.
