Qualifications

• High school diploma or better.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
• Community College/Vo-Tech or better.
• Minimum 2+ years of Inside Sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive correspondence from customers and vendors and respond promptly.
• Enter purchase orders and delivery expediting; communicate order status.
• Learn multiple software programs and follow detailed processes.
• Ensure all shipped orders invoiced and remove invoicing constraints as needed.
• Ensure customer requirements are followed.
• Work with production and inside sales to meet delivery.
• Maintain accurate backlog and shipped-not-invoiced report.
• Support accounting with problem invoices, returns, and customer information.
• Uphold Total Customer Commitment standards at all times.
• Attend required trainings.
• Procure product and product information for customers and Inside Sales.
• Be a team player and work well in a group.
• Accurately process sales, purchase orders, and invoicing.
• Maintain urgency and accuracy under pressure; multi-task as needed.
• Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
