FloWorks International LLC is seeking an Inside Sales professional in Texas City to develop customer relationships, apply PFF product knowledge, and coordinate with outside sales to ensure top service. You will handle pricing, quotations, orders, and inquiries via phone, email, or fax.

Responsibilities include processing orders, communicating with customers and vendors, and ensuring timely shipment. Growth opportunities exist within a growing, global provider of flow control solutions.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required. 0–2 years of experience in area of responsibility
• Industry product knowledge
• Knowledge of PFF products, specifications, and common industrial applications
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Office and Adobe
• Self-driven with a positive attitude
• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Provides pricing and delivery information
• Responsible for entire order processing including documents
• Responds to internal and external inquiries daily
• Performs follow-up to ensure timely shipment
• Maintains relationships with Customers and Vendors
• Purchase Material as needed for Customer orders
• Resolves customer service issues
• Tracks open sales orders
• Various duties assigned by the supervisor
