FloWorks International LLC, a global provider of flow control solutions, seeks an Inside Sales professional to develop customer relationships and apply PFF product knowledge to recommend solutions.

The role handles inquiries by phone, fax, or email, coordinating with outside sales and other departments to ensure excellent service and timely order processing. 0-2 years of experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide pricing and delivery information.
• Handle end-to-end order processing and paperwork routing.

• Purchase materials for orders and stock as needed.
• Resolve customer service issues promptly.

Job Information

The Inside Sales role is responsible for developing customer relationships by identifying customer needs, applying knowledge of PFF (pipes, fittings, and flanges) products to recommend appropriate solutions, and informing customers about the company’s products or services. Handles customer requests and issues via telephone, fax or email. Coordinate with the outside sales team and other departments to ensure that customers receive the best service possible . Respond to customer orders and quotation requests received via outside salespersons, telephone, e-mail, written, and faxed correspondence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides pricing and delivery information
• Responsible for entire order processing which includes assigning, reviewing, approving, and distributing customer order documents to all appropriate departments
• Responds to internal and external inquiries in a timely manner ensuring all requests have been handled and completed daily
• Performs follow-up to ensure timely shipment of materials and customer satisfaction
• Maintains strong working relationships with Customers and Vendors
• Purchase Material as needed for Customer orders and stock material
• Resolves customer service issues
• Tracks open sales orders
• Various duties assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

• Industry product knowledge
• Knowledge of PFF (pipes, fittings, and flanges) products, specifications, and common industrial applications preferred
• HS Diploma or GED required. 0-2 years of experience in area of responsibility
• Good written and verbal/oral communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Office software and Adobe
• Self-driven with a positive attitude and demeanor
• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently

This role operates in a professional office environment and standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers are used. Occasional visits to warehouses or operational sites may be required.
