Job summary

QED in Tucson, AZ is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to establish and improve customer relationships, process quotes and orders, and support sales territory. The role involves interfacing with customers by phone and in person, understanding product needs, and coordinating with credit, warehouse, and management to ensure timely delivery.

A strong emphasis on communication and CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• Intermediate product and application knowledge essential.
• Customer oriented and motivated with excellent communication, presentation, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on an excellent customer experience.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office as well as ERP systems and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish and improve customer relationships by phone and in person.
• Process quotes and orders for customers.
• Build rapport to understand sales territory and customer needs.
• Liaison between customer and QED departments including credit, warehouse, outside sales and management.
• Provide quotations or estimates of prices, terms and delivery.
• Prepare sales tickets and ensure timely shipment and delivery.
