Job summary

Crescent Electric Supply Company is seeking an Industrial Inside Sales Representative in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on assisting customers with quotations, cost negotiations, order entry, expediting, and follow-up to ensure a consistently positive experience.

The candidate should have a one-year college or technical certificate or 3–6 months related experience, with prior inside sales experience and knowledge of electrical distribution. Training and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Previous inside sales experience required.
• Knowledge of electrical distribution processes and procedures required.
• Industry working experience with automation a must.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with quotations, cost negotiation, order entry, order expediting, and follow-up.
• Handle internal and external requests via phone, fax, chat, and email to ensure a consistent sales/support experience.
• Capture customer data into Salesforce.com accurately (contacts, accounts, opportunities).
• Provide level 1 technical support within the Industrial Sales territory (project work, troubleshooting).
• Promote Crescent’s Value Added Services and participate in vendor trainings and seminars.
