Graphic Packaging International is seeking an Associate HR Manager to deliver specialized HR consulting to the business and coach leaders on people and culture issues. You will enable change by supporting organizational design, mergers and acquisitions related talent integration, and HR program rollout with minimal disruption.

In this role you will partner with talent management and staffing teams on initiatives such as workforce planning, succession planning, and employee development.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous supervisor, lead, or people management experience.
• Experience with employee relations, performance management, and corrective actions.

Aufgaben

• Partner with plant leadership to support operational and workforce goals.
• Provide guidance and coaching to managers and supervisors on employee relations, performance management, corrective actions, and policy interpretation.
• Support recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
• Conduct workplace investigations and resolve employee concerns in a fair, consistent, and timely manner.
• Assist in the administration of compensation, benefits, leave management, and attendance programs.
• Support labor relations activities, including contract administration, grievance handling, and maintaining positive union-management relationships, where applicable.
• Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Analyze workforce metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, staffing levels, and employee engagement to identify trends and recommend solutions.
• Coordinate employee development, training, and succession planning initiatives.
• Partner with Environmental Health & Safety and Operations teams to support a safe and productive workplace.
• Participate in organizational change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
