Job summary

TEC Industrial is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resource Generalist to support day-to-day operations and run high-volume recruitment for exempt and nonexempt personnel. The role includes coordinating new-employee orientations and maintaining HR records across Kronos/UKG, ensuring I-9 compliance and E-Verify where required.

You will work closely with site teams on benefits administration and policy implementation to support a safe, compliant workforce.

Responsibilities

• This is a high-volume HR/Recruiting role responsible for staffing craft employees for heavy industrial projects across the southeast.
• Acts as liaison between employees and the company.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
