Job summary

Manpower Professional is looking for a HR professional in Tennessee to manage payroll processing and employee data using Kronos (UKG). The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and a Bachelor's degree, preferably in HR.

This role involves maintaining employee personal files, managing the staffing process, and supporting various HR functions including training, employee relations, and health and safety. Strong labour law knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee data in the Kronos HRIS for all employees.

• Coaching management on people management subjects from a legal perspective.

Role Responsibilities

• Maintain employee data in the Kronos HRIS for all employees
• Maintain employee personal files for all employees
• Payroll processing in Kronos (UKG)
• Benefits and open enrollment process management
• Staffing for all hourly positions, including coordinating staffing with temporary staffing agencies
• Managing internal job postings and external postings systems
• Supporting HR functions such as employee training and development, performance management
• Implementing progressive disciplinary processes and terminations; assisting with internal investigations
• Managing workers’ compensation activities
• Coaching management on people management subjects from a legal perspective
• Following health and safety accident reporting, near-miss follow-ups, leading health and safety committee meetings, and reporting
• Benefits management
• Employee relations management including investigations
