Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, construction engineering, and/or business.
• MBA helpful but not required; strong communication and PR skills are beneficial.
• Experience in construction industry and business development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pursue sales opportunities that lead to successful projects.
• Track progress against sales calls and division goals.
• Build and maintain networks with clients, designers, and related firms to generate new leads.
• Lead efforts to exceed volume and gross profit targets and serve as the market's chief salesperson when needed.
• Ensure high-quality responses to RFQs and RFPs and polished presentation materials.
